We prepare, package, and ship orders Monday to Friday, within 1–2 business days.
Shipping is the rate for the first item, plus 1 € for each additional item in the same order. A country-specific rate always takes priority over the general European Union rate.

If you're outside the EU, your country may charge customs fees or import tax on arrival. That's set by your country, not by us, and it isn't included in what you pay here.
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is your responsibility, and the item should come back to us in the condition you received it ~ if it isn't, we'll be in touch about the difference in value.
We don't accept order cancellations once an order is placed. If something's wrong, message us ~ we'll make it right.
